The Founding Expression — 12 Year Old
Our entry point. Twelve years in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace. Vanilla, heather honey, a long warm finish. Bottled at 46% ABV — the one expression where we reduce slightly to make it accessible without compromise.
The Warehouse Selection — 15 Year Old
Cask strength. No chill filtration. Natural colour. Selected by our distiller from a single warehouse each year. ABV varies by release — typically 54–58%. A different whisky every year from the same still.
The Cooper's Reserve — 18 Year Old
Finished for 24 months in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. The sherry influence is present but not dominant — it adds dried fruit and dark chocolate without obscuring the Highland character underneath. Rare. Limited to 400 bottles per year.
Single Cask Releases
Individual casks bottled when our distiller judges them ready — not before. These carry a single cask number, the fill date, the distillation date, and the ABV at bottling. No two are identical. Published when available.
